Debbie’s specialized training is centered heavily in bio-chemistry, chemistry, and the intricate details in how the body and brain function optimally; when it is provided the right nutritional and lifestyle support. Her philosophy emphasizes a wellness and optimal health approach at the bio-individual level. Her specialties include, but not limited to metabolic test interpretation, gut-brain axis resolution and providing individualized nutrition & lifestyle solutions to her clients. She will formulate a cohesive plan of action to address epigenetic and nutrigenomic expressions involved in genes that are expressing as genetic mutations and uncovering where these deficiencies may be taking place at the biochemistry level – through utilizing a thorough investigation into the metabolic pathways by using functional medicine tools to uncover root causes. This sounds like a mouth full, but what she has learned over the course of her studies is the powerful impact which occurs when incorporating these modalities into practice. She says we are literally at a tipping point opportunity in the field of addictions and emotional struggles to engage each person on an individual level. She offers consultations to anyone, anywhere by conveniently utilizing a tele-wellness approach.
