We are spirit, we have a soul, and we live in a body. We are uniquely made, and by utilizing a bio-individual approach; a plan of action can be developed that supports the specific needs of the individual. Meditation and Exercise are essential elements for maintaining health, therefore seeking a spiritual life and being physically fit is inclusive in supporting optimal balance to all three ~ Spirit. Soul. Body!

a functional medicine approach is one that considers the spirit, soul and body, hence the bio-individuality approach to wellness. We believe there are many factors in ones life that can have a negative and/or positive impact. Therefore approaching a plan of action with taking these three parts into consideration is in some aspects a major key factor in resolving health and lifestyle concerns. We believe the spirituality piece is the most important, due to its connection with the peace that is only found through God. It is the part of us that is able to receive this supernatural peace from God that surpasses all of our natural understanding, that will guard our hearts and our minds. (Philippians 4:8). It is through the ability to receive such peace that we are able to become healed and whole ~ Spirit. Soul and Body!
